Christmas Wishes

Pretty Little Studio's latest collection called #CandyCane is ready for the making! And any time I get a holiday card made is a win! I love the bright colors that remind me of colorful Christmas lights and the fun loose drawn images in the collection that add a bit of whimsy.
Today I thought I'd make a monochrome design starting with green plaid paper topped with stacked frames to create a focal point. I added a die cut dotted green scallop border along the bottom edge of the frames.

Next I added some pretty florals. The larger arrangement is adhered flat to the panel while the big white flower is added with adhesive foam tape. This adds some dimension and more interest to the design.
A simple die cut sentiment and a sprinkle of gems finish the design. I think every holiday card should have at least a tiny bit of bling to make it more magical!
I hope you check out the new collection and feel inspired to get a few holiday cards of your own done. When December rolls around you'll sure be glad you did!  I'm linking to Christmas Crafts All Year Round where E is for Evergreen!
