Today I'm breaking away from my normal cards and sharing a felt stitched project featuring the new Spellbinders Cheeky Apple. If you haven't seen the stitched dies from Spellbinders they're definately worth a look!
I cut the pieces using my die cut machine and then stitched them together. The die set includes the leaves, flower, stem and even arms and legs if you wanted to turn the apple into a character. Spellbinders offers felt sheets, but I love the Merino Felt Rolls from the Felt Pod. You can select just the colors you want and the quality is exceptional.
I hope you'll give the stitched dies a try. I was able to do this in a few hours and turned it into a magnet for the fridge. I smile every time I see it, because it is adorable and it was something I wasn't sure I'd be able to do! I'm sure glad I tried!
