This card is so fund and easy to make. The flowers are actually a cutout die the size of an A2 card. And guess what? You color it with a stencil! So just cut the large die from white cardstock and then ink it with the coordinating stencil set and your just about done!
I layered my flowers over a Quilted Texture background die in soft blue. I added a slightly darker blue matt of cardstock under that. I like the texture that adds lots of depth. The flowers are adhered with adhesive foam tape so they're popped up off the blue panel.
An Oversized Autumn word die takes center stage and is paired with a Subsentiments pre printed die cut labelmaker type sentiment.Today demonstrates my favorite part of crafting. When life throws me inclement weather I can go anywhere I like. I just need to imagine it! Hugs!
I'm linking to A Cut Above Challenge where this time it's Let's Warm Up. I think my sweet escape applies!
