12 Kits of Occasions - Party In The Park!

It's the last day of the month and you know what that means right? It's time for The 12 Kits of Occasions! The 12 Kits of Occasions is a group of 12 friends who all love to paper craft. Every month we take turns making a kit for the rest of the group. We all receive the same kit with the same items. On the last day of the month we reveal what we each made with the kit. It's fun to see how we used the product in different ways. Sometimes the projects are similar and sometimes they are very different.
It's another beautiful kit this month.. this time it's by Hostess: Nancy Penir from Artful Notions! Nancy has put together a beautiful kit with everything you need to celebrate.. flowers, pinatas, a fun carousel, and even a cute otter baring gifts! You can get a complete list of all the ingredients on the group blog.

Nancy has been with me from the very beginning and it's no secret I adore her style. I think you will too as you view all the cards made with this amazing kit!

Thanks for stopping by and have a fantastic day!

A fun kit and some fantastic cards are made with it here, Jeanne. I love the flowers on the first card. So pretty and the way you used the pattern paper on the otter card, to look like the ocean. Fabulous. Looks like you had a lot of fun with this month's kit. :)

What a stunning collection of cards here Jeanne! The layered roses look brilliant against the striped background. So beautiful! The uncolored carousel looks sharp uncolored along with the pretty gold foiled swan paper. Simple and stunning and it reminds me that not everything needs to be colored to be beautiful. Thank you for always inspiring me Jeanne with your amazing work.

You and Nancy both have styles that I adore! How fun to see a mash up of her products and your productivity! I love every single card, but I must tell you that the little otter floating on a card of patterned paper layers and orange fish just makes me so happy!

Wow...four simply wonderful creations! Love each one of yours cards. Love that your left your carousel horse uncolored, it looks fabulous! Your otter sitting on those fabulous waves, just adorable with those sweet fish. Your pinata is so fun and festive and those roses, just as beautiful as it gets! I can see that you had so much fun with Nancy's incredible kit!

Wow, beauties, all of them! The otter card is so, so awesome. I am a huge fan of those rose dies, too!

You just absolutely did the kit proud! Did you fussy cut out those little streamers, no, you probably have that stamp and die set. LOVE the pinata! Always a fan of your color combos, and how you make die cuts shine. Lots of ideas from you, as always. The otter is a favorite with those pattern waves. Hugs!

Four FABULOUS cards Jeanne and I'm loving the way you used your patterned paper too! I had wanted to use that striped paper with my roses too but it just didn't look right...yours looks wonderful with the white wreath underneath the flowers to break up the striped paper...LOVE it!! And your uncolored carousel...now why didn't I think of that?!! And your otter with the patterned paper waves is FANTASTIC!! And of course the piñata card is just too FUN!! Wonderful, wonderful cards my friend!! :0)

These are delightful Jeanne! Layered to perfection as your cards always are. I love the colors of your piñata card, it's my favorite! And just look at that sweet otter floating among the designer waves, how fun!

Your joy in colors shines on this collection! Each one has a special point to enjoy, the roses resting against stripes, the French influence on the b/w carousel on pink, the cute piñata and that darling otter with its pun sentiment on fantastic waves!

Jeanne, you are so awesome!!! The rides look gorgeous together! And I love the swan paper card. I definitely need to CASE that one....perfect pairing of everything! I was going to cut out the squiggly confetti, too....but I never had time. I love how you added it to the piñata card. And your otter scene is so cute. Brilliant idea cutting the paper that way for the sun. I just love your cards! Always. Every. Single. Time.

Gorgeous, Jeanne--such great use of colors! Love the 3D flowers on the stripes, stunning with the white wreath as a background. And the bright pink behind the uncolored carousel is so pretty. The cool colors for your pinata look so fresh and fun. I think my favorite is your sweet little otter. The details and patterns are super creative!
