The Challenge #12 - Thinking of You

I know...  It's Monday.. time to put the weekend behind you and get back to business.  Did you have fun?  There are still lots of festivals and carnivals going on here in the Midwest.  Oh yes... we have county fairs, and corn roasts, fun days and block parties.  Events that are always close to home where you will be sure to see someone you know.

Have you checked out "The Challenge" yet?  It's hosted on Lesley Croghan's blog Always Playing with Paper.  Lesley is the creator of Fusion, Dynamic Duos, Seize the Birthday, Seize the Sketch, Card Concept, and Merry Monday.    This is a two week challenge and you can either work with the colors, or with the sketch.  I always try to put them together.    I flipped the sketch on it's head this week and made a very clean one layer design.  I can't tell you how bad I wanted to start adding little pearls or buttons or something to this one.  I know it has lots going on, but that one layer just looks so naked to me sometimes!!
Now it's your turn.  We'd love for you to join us!  Feeling a little uninspired?  I know.. it's Monday.  Just check out what the rest of the DT made.  That should get you going! LOL!

Love it! This is just perfect as is--it doesn't need any pearls or other accents. Everything is perfectly placed and looks beautiful against the flecked background panel.
