TRR#62 Pretty In Pink

A busy day for me - there are three posts today - New Paper Sweeties and Waltzingmouse as well as this post for the latest Ribbon Reel Challlenge.  Twice a month The Ribbon Reel store sponsors a challenge for you  to create a design using their products.  Think lace, ribbon, paper flowers - all sorts of wonderful trims.  All you have to do is play along and you could win a gift certificate to use at the store!  There's all sorts of layered frilly designs to see here!

Today's challenge is "Pretty In Pink" and the inspiration photo was selected by none other than Miss Keilly - a great designer and owner of the Ribbon Reel.  You are instructed to create a project using the colors in the photo and to add some flowers and ribbon!    That's super easy to do if you've been picking up supplies at the Ribbon Reel store - absolutely loads and loads of beauties to pick from there.

I drew inspiration directly from the photo.  I included lots of the elements I saw - like the oval frame, pennants, and bird cage.   There are still so many lovely things to inspire here - the labels, birdhouses, flowers - I'm looking forward to seeing what you will do!
Need a little more inspiration?  Visit the rest of the Ribbon Reel design team for more eye candy!
Thanks for stopping by!  I hope you have a great day!
