Halloween Envelopes

Are you ready to start the week? How about a fun challenge? There's lots to play and you can find them all listed at Paper Playful! Today I'm playing along at Double Trouble where they're "Leafing it up to You" Thing 1 wants you to use a few colors from the mood board, and Thing 2 wants you to add a pumpkin for an additional chance to win!
I'm playing along with Pretty Pink Posh Fall Envelopes! I love all the treats pouring out of them! They're easy to color with their clean line designs.

I layered my envelopes on a panel that I inked with light purple, blue and green. Next I layered the Mini Grid stencil over the panel and inked it with darker shades of the same colors.
The spider web is a spook version of a lace doily that helps ground the envelopes so that they don't appear to be floating.

I hope you find some time to play along too!

Love the stenciled and blended background for your mail envelopes and love the scatter of Halloween coming out of the envelopes and yes the doily does make it grounded. Fun, colorful and beautiful card. Thanks for sharing with us at Double Trouble.
