I hope life's treating you good! I got up early this morning to do lots of errands.. the usual.. post office, bank, grocery store.. get a pet licence for Miss Moriko. I got home, started the laundry, did a little dinner prep... and was happy to find I had a little time to make something too!
Today I'm playing along with Freshly Made Sketches. This one came together quick.. maybe because they have done all the work for me. I kept the heart shape in the sketch so all I had to do was assemble it.
I started this card with a pink background created with the Pretty Pink Posh Stacked Edges die. I love that the die cuts lock together for a nice smooth card front.. and oooh the pretty scallops and stitching!
The "Love Shaker" die is a fancy stitched heart with a "Love" sentiment running through the center.
The new Cupid Friends are just adorable. They're very easy to color and of course there is a coordinating die set. The "hugs to you" sentiment comes from the Birdie Friends stamp set.
