Tupelo Designs LLC has lots of my favorite brands - Concord & 9th, Waffle Flower, My Favorite Things, Altnew and LOTS more! Today I'm playing with Neat and Tangled from the shop. This stamp is called Hello Winter.
I inked up the sentiment with Versafine Onyx Black on Tim Holtz watercolor paper. Next I inked up the panel with Distress Ink in Shaded Lilac and Seedless Preserves. I splattered the panel with water, and some watered down Seedless Preserves.
I die cut the panel with the Avery Elle Wonky Stitches die. It adds a pretty detailed stitch along the edges and cuts the panel to the perfect size for mounting on an A2 size card (4.25 x 5.5"). The Hello Winter die cut contains an outline as well as a detailed word die that says "winter". I cut the larger outline / background from the water color panel, and then adhered the more intricate word die over the die cut background.

Your card makes winter look like a wonderland! I love the bold sentiment with what looks like purple frost!
