Sugar Pea Designs Challenge - You've Been Very Good!

Thanks for stopping by! I hope you're having a great day! I'm playing along with the Sugar Pea Designs Mix It Up Challenge. Here's the December inspiration....
I'm loving that ornament made of ombre green yarn, and those two little knitting needles are the cutest! Not loving the design? That's ok.. you can always work with the sketch. And guess what? The layout is anything goes this time..so no excuses!
Here's what I made! I adhered three shades of green card stock into the Diagonal Stripe Cover Plate openings to mimic the yarn. I stamped a sentiment directly on one of the stripes.
I added three cute Santas from "Here Comes Santa Claus". They're all adhered with adhesive foam tape for a little dimension. They've been stamped with Memento Ink and colored with Copic markers.
To mimic the red round heads of the knitting needles I added two round heart icons from the Postage Stamp Sugar Cuts set.
I hope you find some time to play along when you get a chance. Making is my favorite way to relax after a long day. It's cheaper than therapy and I have something to show for it when I'm done for the day.
