Serendipity Stamps October Release

Serendipity Stamps is showing projects created with the October Release!  Are you hopping with us today? If you are.. you should have reached me from Vickie Zimmer's blog.  If you'd like to get the details and start from the beginning you find them here at Mary's Blog.  We've got lots of Halloween inspired projects for you to make this holiday extra special. My first project features the new Halloween Pops set.  I wanted to think of a way to show you all the cute images included in  the set - this is as close as I could get because I didn't get the moon or the sentiment on this one.
The set includes a cute little witch holding a broom, a bubbling cauldron, moon, owl, and Happy Haunting sentiment.

I was looking for a bitty sentiment so I used the Small Boo! stamp.  Do you love that pretty stitched border?  It's from Pretty Pink Posh and in stock at Serendipity!
My second card features the new Hocus Pocus stamp.  I created a watercolor background and stamped the sentiment in versafine ink after it was dry.  I was so tempted to use the black board technique - but just couldn't bring myself to use the black.  I'm all about the color!
This is a big full size stamp perfect for a CAS A2 size (4.25 x 5.5") card too!   Are you picturing those letters all colored in yet?
OK time to send you off to the next stop on the hop! Jenny Gropp!!  But before you go I hope you will leave me a comment. Mary is selecting one comment from all the blogs on the hop to win a $20 gift certificate!! You have until Sunday, October 4 to leave a comment.  A winner will be posted on Mary's blog on Monday, October 5.

I simply love your cards. The colors you used on the "window" card with the images peeking out is great. Your coloring is super. And the Hocus Pocus card is so bright and cheery. It is so clean and simple...and your patterned paper adds so much to your watercolor background. This is a great hop....TFS

These are amazing! I can't imagine a more perfect or cuter way to showcase those stamps than the window card you created. And I love how how your hocus locus card turned out. Jeanne, you are incredible. I know I say that all the time, but I think it all the time!
