Today I'm playing along with the Serendipity Stamps Challenge blog. We run a challenge twice a month so you have plenty of time to play. All you need to do is create a design using at least one Serendipity Stamps image. The challenge this time is to stamp a background on your project! Lately I have Spring fever. Can't wait to walk barefoot in the grass or open the windows and shut off the furnace! That explains where my little birdhouse came from - if you look close it's sitting in a dogwood tree!
I stamped the background on cream paper and then colored in the blue sky with my Copic markers - and can I say that paper was very thirsty!! I threw in some burlap for texture and of course maybe a little motivation for the birds to move back in!
Need a little inspiration? Visit the rest of the design team and see the backgrounds they stamped for this challenge.
I hope you'll join us at the Serendipity Stamps Challenge Blog - we'd love to see what you come up with - and hey! You might just win $20 off your next Serendipity Stamps order!
