Paper Sweeties April Release Day 1 - When it Rains

Well?  Are you ready for the new April Release of Paper Sweeties?  This month is filled with all sorts of good things!   There are four new sets this month and I thought I would focus on each of the sets on a separate day.  Today I am starting off with the set called "Spring is Here".    It features this adorable outfit that fits any of the Sweeties and some fun sentiments.  Who doesn't need a cute raincoat and boots?  And how do you like that fun sentiment?!    It just makes me smile - even if you don't like the rain you can still look good right?  I just couldn't resist starting with this one!

I paper stamped Abigail on white paper, colored her up with copics can fussy cut her.  Then I stamped the raincoat, umbrella and boots on pattern paper and fussy cut them.  Just like playing with paper dolls when you were a kid! I added little yellow pearls for buttons too! I love the nostalgic feel to the October Afternoon paper and I thought the red against the yellow would really pop!
