ISSC#02 Go You!

Hi Everybody!  I hope you are having a great day!   Today I'm playing along with the new blog challenge page - I Spy Sketches - this is their 2nd sketch challenge.  When  I saw the pennant design with the banner across the bottom, I knew this would make a fun birthday card.  I used a chalkboard look paper by October Afternoon and some bright pink accents (twine, rhinestone flower center and felt flowers)  to make the color really pop!  I hope that you have some time to play along this week - you can get all the challenges here:
This is a close up of my twine peg bow and the double layer tag.  I softly distressed the edges with Tim Holtz Spun Sugar.
I appreciate your taking the time to have a better look!

Supplies Used:  Finished Size:  5" x 7"
Patterned Paper:  October Afternoon 5 and Dime

Extras:  Twine:  My Mind's Eye Lime Twist "Life of the Party" Happy Day, Flower Center Prima

Oh my gosh, Jeanne....that baker's twine flower is to die for! And I'm loving that big pennant, and the colors. That patterned paper is awesome, too :)
