Today I'm playing along at Creative Moments Challenge Blog where they're asking for Brights or Pastels and what's your favorite. Well if you know me you don't even need to ask this question.. totally a BRIGHTS gal here. I love making cards in colors that pop.. that makes recipients happy and double bonus.. they photograph well. In real life I am not a brights gal.. I do not wear bright clothing or decorate my home in bright colors. One exception to that would be the Christmas tree.. BRIGHTS!This card starts with a Distress Oxide blended background. I added a sea floor with one of the dies from the Under The Sea set. It's meant to bee used vertically, I layed it horizontal. 
Next I added seaweed, coral and divers helmet. It was fun adding more smaller shells and a school of fish with a silly eye to finish the design.
The sentiment is stamped directly on the blended background. I used Versamark ink so it wouldn't blend or smear.
