Winter Greetings

Brrrrr It's cold outside. We haven't had too much snow in our area, but today... the snow was falling and it just sparkled in the sun like glitter. I wish you could have seen it! Today I'm playing along with Challenge Up Your Life card challenge.

My card is clean and simple today and I love how it makes each little Snowmen Friend the center of attention. I started by cutting the Pretty Pink Posh Stitched Pieces die from white cardstock.

Next I stamped a sentiment directly under the windows and attached the assembled panel to my card base with adhesive foam tape.

I inked the negative cuts with Distress Ink and inserted them inside the open windows. I used liquid glue so I could maneuver them in place before they got stuck in place. I colored the snowmen in coordinating colors and added them with adhesive foam tape.

The finishing touch is always a little sparkle and shine! How about a few sequins? I like the pop of color they add!
