Happy New Year!

Hi friends! I hope you're having a great day. I've been a bit under the weather.. not sure if it's COVID but lots of similar symptoms.. headache, fever, chills.. Christmas was officially cancelled here and I was really hopeful that I'd be surrounded by family for New Years.. but that's not looking so good either. So today I'm sharing a wish for new beginnings.
My card starts with the "Happy New Year" sentiment from Waffle Flower "New Beginnings" stamped in rainbow colors on white card stock. It's a reminder that better days are ahead and to see the beauty of the every day.

I added an Outlined Circles die cut several times and stacked - topped with gold glitter paper to the rainbow background. Solid color circles that coordinate with the inky background are inserted inside.

It can't be new years without a little bubbly - even if its apple cider. It brings back memories of staying up with the kids and waiting to see who could make it until midnight.. it was always my daughter and we'd drink Martinelli's sparkling cider.

The "2022" was cut with the Bold Alphas die - I cut the numbers twice.. once from gold glitter paper and once from solid colorful cardstock. They're adhered at a slight offset so the gold peeks out from behind.
Wishing you better days in 2022 - here's to health, happiness and prosperity!  I'm linking up to Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge where they're looking for a PARTY.
