Twinery - Alt Christmas

We're gearing up for the Holidays at The Twinery! I'm enjoying all the Holiday projects I'm seeing on blogs, Facebook, and Instagram! I mean.... cards, tags, treats and packaging - what's not to love?!! So many different styles to see.... classy and elegant, traditional "red and green", fussy, clean and simple, etc. My favorite holiday cards are ones that remind me of my childhood. I love a card with Santa.. and I love retro colors! My childhood includes snowy white trees with pink, purple, chartreuse and teal ornaments (gosh I'm old!). So Christmas to me can come in any color scheme!

So I know I can't be the only one who feels this way when I saw this Crate Paper called Snow and Cocoa! I love the colors and patterns! Something very different for sure! But it totally works!

This stamp set is from Avery Elle and is called Christmas Florals. The pretty oval die is also from Avery Elle - the Sweet Scallops Set. That die set is amazing.. it has LOTS of different dies in it to frame and layer! Do you see the little pink border behind the kraft? I cut that with the large rectangle scallop frame in the set.
