I colored up this beautiful lilac image from Serendipity with Copic markers. To add a little more dimension I double stamped the image, fussy cut the butterfly and leaves and popped them up on adhesive foam tape. You can see this better in the side view close up here.
I wanted to find a way to show off the versatility of the Perfect Layers Rulers so I cut several colored matts to layer behind my colored image. I cut them in different widths and colors and it was very simple to do with the Perfect Layers Rulers. All the lines are neat and clean and evenly spaced. You can see a video and learn more about the rulers here.
