PInk & Main and Pear Blossom Press Instagram Hop and Giveaway!

Today I'm participating in a crafty collaboration Instagram hop! Pear Blossom Press and Pink & Main designers are mixing up products from both stores and sharing their creations.

Yes! There are prizes up for grabs so you will want to read to the bottom of this post!

I received a two pack of the Candle Light battery operated mini flashlights from Pear Blossom Press. They're pretty cool because after you press the button and light them up you just blow on them to turn them off.

The trick to working with these lights is to leave a little opening under your light up because the sensor needs to feel that puff of air to shut off. If you look close in the above photo you'll see the space I left between the little candles and the candle flames. I used a hole punch and then cut a pointy shape to create a teardrop opening for the little flames.

The house is from Pink & Main. It's called Home Sweet Home! The winter accessories are from the Winter Home die set. This set includes the snowy bits, wreath, bows, foliate, snowman, deer, sled bushes and more!

To create the snowscape I used Waves and Scallops dies. I alternated direction of the stitches and waves and threw in a little glittery white paper for snow. A double stack of stitched circles adds some sunshine to the design.

Pear Blossom & Pink & Main Collaboration Instagram Hop

🎉 Hey friends! Today, we’re kicking off a 💡BRIGHT 💡 Collaboration Insta-Hop with @pearblossompress and @pinkandmain ! Come hop along with us ON INSTAGRAM and see some awesome light-up cards! Plus, each company will be giving away $25 PRIZES!

I made a scene card with the Pink & Main Polar Friends stamp set. The images were easy to color and then cut with the coordinating die set. I added a snowy tree from the Winter Joy stamp set.

I arranged the images on a piece of clear plastic the size of my card base. I slipped different backgrounds under the arrangement until I decided on this pastel rainbow distress ink blend.

I added some On The Town Gems to make the snow sparkly. Did you notice that "PRESS" stamp on the right edge?

Yep! TWINKLE LIGHTS from Pear Blossom. They were really easy to add to the back of the card. Just insert the battery into the light base and tape the wire lead lights to the back of the card.

I'm excited to give this one to my Mom who will totally get a kick out of this card because Mom is all about the schmancy!
