Tupelo Designs Reverse Confetti Kickoff Hop!

I'm a flower lover so the new Blooms 'N Buds is my favorite right now.  I started with a Distress watercolor panel in Broken China.

Next I cut a white panel and embossed it.  I cut  it in strips to let the watercolor panel peek through. 

I topped that with stamped die cut flowers and leaves in bright summery colors.
