Pretty Little Studio - Smell The Flowers

If you love color like me then you're going to love the Pretty Little Studio Sunny Memories Collection. I love this collection because it includes shades of PURPLE!!! Which in my opinion is a highly underused color! 

This card starts with a background of striped yellow paper called "Straight to the Sun". It's topped with three colorful Bright and Happy tags.

The tags are embellished with Sunny Mix die cut flowers. These florals are so pretty you'll want to buy two packs so you have more to play with. That's how my arrangement has two of the light lavender foliage.

My simple sentiment, "Smell The Flowers" is also a die cut. I adhered it with an adhesive foam dot so it has dimension. If you look close you'll see a little pink Rainbow Notes flag peeking out from underneath it!

Momenta Fall Gable Box

I'm totally a fall person.. I love the cooler temperatures, cool leaves, and of course everyone getting together for the coming holidays. I love to bake and give treats to friends and family. I expect to have a house full for Thanksgiving and as always, no one leaves empty handed!

Today I'm posting for Momenta. They make beautiful products that are fun and easy to work with, but best of all they are very affordable. You can find Momenta at your favorite stores like Hobby Lobby and Jo-ann, Michael's (so you can use a coupon), but you'll also find them at your favorite on line stores like Scrapbook.com.

These little treat boxes are easy to make with the Momenta Gable Box Die. You simply cut the die twice and adhere the two pieces together to make the box. The Gable Box list price is $25, but it's on sale at Scrapbook.com for $19.97 now.

The fun part is decorating the box. I die cut a big pile of colorful Momenta Cut and Emboss Leaves. The leaf dies come in two pieces so you can cut the leaves with or without the embossing plate. I like the pressed veins that add detail to the leaves.

The banner is from Momenta Cut and Emboss Pineapple set and the "Thanks" word die is from the Hope Word Fetti Set. Momenta carries lots of other products too, stamp sets, iron on's and even these With Love Gold Dipped Wood Tags that are oh so elegant!

I know I'll be using the Gable Box die again and again for Christmas, Valentine's Day and lots of other occasions! I know you'll love it too!
