My creations always start the same.. I arrange the images on a piece of clear plastic the size of my card base. This allows me to move things around until I'm happy with the arrangement. I can also slide the background under the clear piece to get a sneak peek of the finished design.
I created a Distress Oxide background for the pond and greenery. This gives a softer look to the design. I inked in the pond with the Pond Stencil as well as the punny Pond of You stamp sentiment.

Knowing what images would go where allowed me to figure out where to stamp the little flies too!
I think the star on this card are the two little frogs in the water. I gave them silly eyes to make them a little more interactive.
