Waffle Flower November Release Sneak Peeks Day 3

It's day 3 of sneak peeks of the latest Waffle Flower Release. This collection is called #SnowFun because it is all about WINTER! Today the focus is on Frosty Days. That includes the new Frosty Panel Die, Background Stencil, Texture Die and Snowflake Cluster and Background Stencil.
I used the Frosty Texture die as a background for the big Snowman and Friends die. The large snowman fills an entire A2 size card. I wanted it to look like a photograph so I added a white stitched frame to the card.
The little "friends" in this set is a trio of birds that you can add to your snowman scene. I added some silly eyes to the little bird with the scarf on the snowman's arm.
The other two birds I added to his top hat! I think they'd look great in red as cardinals, or brown as sparrows. I chose blue to add more color to my design.
I added candy dots (enamel dots) to the background - to each of the snowflake centers.
I hope you will stop by tomorrow when we will be celebrating the new release being available in the store with lots of giveaways on Instagram. I'll have all the details here.

Waffle Flower November Release Sneak Peeks Day 2

It's Day 2 of sneak peeks of the new Waffle Flower release that hits the store on November 5. This release is called Snow Fun because it's all about WINTER! We've got snowmen, snowflakes, and lots of winter cheer!
Today it's all about the snowmen (or should I say snow people?)! My card features the new Gifting Snowmen set that includes these little guys!
I made a snowy scene on my card using the new Frosty Panel in the background. I cut waves from white cardstock with the existing Wavy Borders die, and circles for a bright sun with the Slim Shaker Circles.
Snowcapped Trees (another new die) is in the background. I left mine plain to show off the debossed detail on the boughs.
I added little rosy cheeks to the snowmen with an alcohol marker, and a blue tint to the wavy snow with Distress Ink.
I hope you'll stop by tomorrow when we'll be sharing more peeks at the new release! If you're on Instagram you can search #SnowFunWFC to see more made with this fun new release!

Waffle Flower November Release Sneak Peeks Day 1

Thanks for stopping by! It's day one of the count down to the latest Waffle Flower release. We'll be sharing sneak peeks for three days before the release is available in the store on November 5.
This release is called Snow Fun because the focus this time is on WINTER! We've got snowy scenes, snowmen, snowflakes and more! If you're a fan of the Postage Collage Series you'll love the new Postal Collage Snowy Stencil.
I credit Waffle Flower will my mad stencil skills! I love their grip mats for holding things in place while I ink. They have a large selection of stencil brushes from large to fine so you always have the right tool for the job.
I inked the images on an A2 Postage Collage Die and then stamped postage and cancel stamps using the Postage Collage North Pole Stamp Set.

I added a purple and pink striped border using the existing Postage Coloring stencil set and then cut the panel with the largest rectangle from the A2 Lacy Layers set. It adds a pretty stitched detail along the edges.
I hope you'll stop by tomorrow for more sneak peeks of the new release. If you're on Instagram and you want to see more of this release just search #SnowFunWFC to see more!

Fall Bouquets

It's NOVEMBER! I can't believe how fast this year is flying! Halloween was yesterday and I hope you all had a great time! I really loved seeing all the kids dressed up - they were so excited to be out running around at night!
Today I'm playing along at Cut it Up Challenge where this time the challenge theme is Grateful and or Thankful! Just make sure that you use at least one die cut on your project to enter!
My card started with the pretty stamped flowers from the Pretty Pink Posh Fall Bouquet Stamp Set. I inked them with alcohol markers.
I die cut the Stitched Pieces from white cardstock to create the window trio that I layered the vases on. To make it a little fancier I cut the same panel again with the Eyelet Rectangle die. That created the stitched scalloped outer edge.
Have a great weekend and I hope you find some time to make!
