Pretty Pink Posh June Blog Hop!

It's a fabulous day for a visit! Pretty Pink Posh is celebrating their new Summer Release with a two day Blog Hop! Of course there are prizes.. and so much to see! There's so much to see so LET'S GET STARTED!! There are new stamps, dies, jewel mixes and stencils that you wont want to miss! I started this card with a rainbow background of distress ink and topped it with the new Tropical Frame die cut. It has beautiful leaves and florals as well as a pretty stitched edge

.

Inside I added "happy" from the new Happy Summer Script word die. Of course there are pretty new jewels too. These are from the new Luau mix.

The Summer Surfboards are amazing! There are 6 different patterns and one coordinating die that cuts them all. I colored mine with Copics in rainbow colors and added accents with a white gel pen.

My second card features the new Tropical Toucans! They're so fun to color and the combinations are endless! What color will you make those striped beaks!?

I inked a panel of card stock with distress ink and then added another layer with the Triangles Stencil before cutting a window for the sentiment.

The window is a shaker filled with Pretty Pink Posh Sequins in Pumpkin, Tangerine and Lemon Drop.

The toucans frame the window. They're stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black and colored with Copic Markers. I love the inspirational sentiment with the mixed font.

I'm loving the orange and yellow for this release. Here's one more card to share.

This one features the new Hibiscus Flowers. I colored mine in citrus colors.. orange, lemon and grapefruit. 

The coordinating die cuts make these a snap to cut out and arrange. I layered mine on a distress inked panel.

The word dies make great sentiments. I added the word "sunshine" from the new Tropical Birds stamp set.
