Gotta tell you I just love playing along every 17th with the Waltzingmouse Blog Party. I enjoy seeing all the different ways everyone uses their Waltzingmouse Stamps to fit the theme and it gives me lots of ideas on ways to use my own. Well this month's theme is Doilies! So it's an obvious choice I guess to go straight for the Large Doily and Dainty Doilies sets. For me these ones don't get the proper attention they deserve. They wind up as a background or a frame for a different image. Today they are taking center stage in all sorts of pretty colors.
I will keep this short so you have lots of time to hit all the other blogs today. I just inked up the dollies in lots of pretty colors, die cut them and then stacked them to appeal to my eye. Maybe it sounds silly but these perfectly placed repeating patterns always get me thinking about math so a numbers background seemed right to me.
To see all the other blogs who have joined the party you can click here. And it's not too late to get your own design linked up too! Hope I see you there!
