I've been thinking about this Moxie Fab Tuesday Trigger photo ever since I first saw it a week ago. The first thing I thought of with that fantastic bling bracelet was a fabulous string of Christmas tree ornaments. At our home there are shiny decorations everywhere at Christmas time. I even have a bough of garland in the kitchen with all sorts of glass ornaments hanging - think cakes, kitchen appliances, fruits, and vegetables.
To make my card I crochet a chain from a strand of silver cord to make it look like a chain link bracelet. The pine needles were cut from the Cricut 50 States cartridge - Maine's state flower - the white pine. I cut them out in dark green and olive green and layered them to look like a pine bough. In place of the baubles on the bracelet I arranged a few Bazzil flower centers and some buttons I had in my stash. The greeting is from Waltzingmouse Stamps.
