Sending Prayers

Today I'm trying something different.. a circle shaped card! Sometimes something unexpected changes how you see things!
I used the Waffle Flower Lacy Circles to create a card base and to add colorful layers to my card. The circle shape almost makes this look like a great big FLOWER!
The center circle is the perfect place for a sentiment and a little garden scen for that sweet little rabbit.
The bunny is from a the Waffle Flower stamp set called Hopeful Girl that features a sweet girl praying. If you look close you'll see that the bunny's arm's are free so you can tuck a flower in it's paw.
Another plus is that there's not a whole lot of coloring on this card. The bunny is left uncolored - just a little blush added to it's cheeks and insides of the ears.
Sometimes it's good to try something new - it opens doors to possibilities.
I'm linking this card at Crafty Catz where anything goes with a twist on Easter.
