Waffle Flower Crafts Hopeful Girl

It's Monday! I hope you had a good weekend! It's back to the working week! LOL! We need a break from the news headlines. Sometimes it gets a bit overwhelming and I need to remind myself to keep looking up and have faith.
Today I'm playing along at Try Stampin' on Tuesday where this time they're looking for Faith or Spiritual cards. If you're not loving the inspiration you can play along with the sketch.

My card today is made with the Waffle Flower Hopeful Girl stamp set.
I framed the die cut girl with a stitched oval and scalloped oval from the Lacy Ovals Nested Set.
The Hopeful Girl florals are colored with Copic markers and die cut. They're adhered with adhesive foam tape to add a little dimension to the design. Some enamel dots add a little blingy shine.
The background paper is also from Waffle Flower. The 5.5 x 8.5 paper is designed to be folded in half to create a card base. The paper is a good heavy weight and the simple dot and stripe prints are classic.
Hold on to hope. Take time to count your blessings and keep looking up.
