Reverse Confetti OMG! Stock Your Stash!

Hi friends! It's Jeanne here today and I'm excited to kickoff the Reverse Confetti February Stock Your Stash Challenge! This month we're looking for cards to congratulate and / or encourage! I mean everyone needs a cheerleader to let them know they're on the right track. 

My card starts with a color block background of RC colored card stock. I knew I wanted to leave the OMG letters uncolored so to compensate, the background would have to be loaded. 

I adhered the OMG letters along the top and bottom borders of the card and added a scene with the Cheerful Pals in the center of the design. 

I love the sentiments in the OMG Stamp Set! They're sure to have you smiling. A scatter of little stars take the place of bling making this card perfect for just about everyone on your list.

If this card doesnt' let the recipient know they're a total rock star and that I am their biggest fan I dont know what will!
