RCSFYTT#59 - Get Well Wishes

Can you believe it's April?  Lots of great new challenges begin today including this one from Reverse Confetti!  It's our monthly sketch for you to try (#SFYTT).

I love a sketch!  It takes lots of the guess work out of what to make!  Just choose your favorite Reverse Confetti stamp set and follow the recipe.. I mean SKETCH!

You have the whole month to play and you might just win a $20 gift certificate to the store.  What a great way to add to your crafty stash!

You can always find the latest challenge by clicking on the challenge badge in the right column of the Reverse Confetti Blog.

Here's what I made...
So .. everyone in my house has been hit with the flu in the past two weeks so I'm thinking I'm going to need a "Get Well" card for whoever gets hit next.. because.. man was I dragging! I stamped the sentiment on a Tall Stripe Panel.
I started with a background of pattern paper from the Good Times 6" Pad. The Tall Stripe Panel runs down the center of the card - I cut the backing paper at a diagonal like the sketch.
I topped the panel with a Scalloped Square die cut turned on its edge. A square on the sketch is just a suggestion. It means that a "shape" should be in that area - it doesn't have to be a square. I added pretty Tall Blooms for the focal point colored with Copic Markers.
Now it's your turn!  I sure hope you join us this month at Reverse Confetti's Sketch For You To Try!

Finished Size 4.25 x 5.5"
Stamps | Reverse Confetti Tall Blooms
Dies | Reverse Confetti Tall Blooms,  Scalloped Squares, Tall Stripe Panel
Pattern Paper | Reverse Confetti Fun Times 6"
