I started with a Topped Off Tag base in blue topped with the 2 Way Stripes Tag Layer in white! I love the soft blue peeking through. I added a Top O' The Tag Confetti Cut with stitching to make this a little more fussy and a Hang Ups Too (in soft blue) to attach to a gift bag or package. I wanted to repeat the stitched pattern of the mittens throughout the design.
I embellished the assembled tag with stamped and die cut Smitten Mittens and added some silver sparkle in shine.... a silver glitter Let It Snow Snowflake and a sprinkle of silver sequins.
