Serendipity Stamps March Blog Hop!

What a great day for a blog hop! I'm so happy to be sharing the latest Serendipity Stamps release with you.  If you are hopping along you should have reached me from my sweet friend Vickie Zimmer's Blog!  If you would like to start from the beginning you can get all the details here at Mary's Blog. There are lots of new things to show you including  three new dies this month.  The lacey baby bootie die comes complete with a little loopy bow.  I love the stiched and peirced detail!  The solid bootie die just came in - we didn't have them in time for this blog hop but they're officially in the store now!  There is also a new wood die "Congratulations"!

Retro Starburst Cling Set
There are also some great new stamps including a this Retro Starburst cling set designed by Anya Schrier.    I focused on one of the shapes from the set to make two clean cards with stamped backgrounds.  I'm fascinated with how the diamond shape also creates a negative circle shape when you connect them.  The different patterns you can create are endless and you can change the look by simply changing the colors.

I stamped this background before I embossed it.

This sentiment is another of the new stamps - I love that the letters are open so you can add a little color if you like.  I wanted to make a sunny card to match the sentiment so I created a pinwheel pattern from pattern paper for the background.

Ready to see more new releases?  Next stop on your hop is the amazing Jenny Gropp!  But before you go make sure you leave me a comment.  One commenter will be selected from all the blogs on the hop as winner of a $20 gift certificate from Serendipity.   You have to comment to enter to win!

Here's a complete list of the hop designers and order.

Good luck and happy hopping!
