SSCB#40 - All You Need is Love!

We're going through another cold snap in the Chicago area.  It's very windy and the temps are dipping below zero.   That's ok with me.  I'm staying in and keeping warm and getting some crafting done.   I'm still dreaming of spring and getting my garden planted but for now I  will settle for bright colored paper and patterns with flowers!    We're at the half way point of the challenge at Serendipity Stamps Challenge Blog.  A new challenge begins on the first Wednesday of the month.  We're at the "half way" point - so there is still two more weeks to play.   The challenge this month is "All You Need is Love".  This could mean a Wedding, or Anniversary card, or just a little something special for someone that is dear to you.

If you missed our new release blog hop last week there's lots of new things in the store including this "Daisy Garden Die".  The little flowers match the ones on the bunny die, and it has a really neat feature.  The lattice edge has a zig zag die cut so it snips off easy  so you can switch out the color or just use one side or the other.
Mary is also stocking dies from Pretty Pink Posh.  I used the scalloped stitched border on my design.  There are two different border sets that are very versatile and will compliment any design.  OOOH... and did you see the new wood grain sequins?  I'm putting them on just about everything and they look wonderful side by side with colored sequins.
No worries - there is a sale this week!  LOL!  Buy three items get you're fourth item FREE.  The discount will be taken off the lowest priced item in your cart.  Sale ends on February 25!
Mary asked the Design Team to add a little vellum.  I stamped my sentiment on the die cut vellum banner.  I cut the flags off the ends so the pattern paper would peek out and you could see the contrast side by side.

Want to see what the rest of the team made?  Just click on their names here.  Oh yessss... very special guest this month!! So happy to see my friend Kara Vrabel from K and R Designs projects this month!

Have a great day!  And stay warm!!
