CASE Study #195 - Happy Fourth!

So how is everybody doing today?   Me?  I'm doing fine!  The weather here has been rainy for the past few days.  My garden is loving it.  I'm so excited that some of the seeds have sprouted and are peeking up from the earth.  I already have some pesky rascals in the yard though.  Little chipmunks that have already dug up every kernel of corn I've planted.  SO much for knee high by the fourth of July!

Signs of Spring are still everywhere - even though it's summer time in my head.  My daughter found a baby Robin in the grass - he must have fallen from his nest.  No sign of momma around.   I was going to examine him to make sure he didn't have any injuries.  I reached out with my index finger... slowly ... slowly... (like did I think he would bite me or what?)  As soon as I made contact he ran like the wind.  So I guess there's nothing wrong with that little guy.  Maybe he didn't know he could do that?  I guess he knows now!! LOL!  If he's still in the yard tonight I'll pick him up and put him someplace safe until the morning.

A new challenge starts today at CASE Study!  Our muse is Pamela Ho from MIAO Design Blog.  Look at this beautiful CAS design she has for us this time!  To play along all you have to do is focus on the elements of the design that you love and roll with it.  Maybe it's the colors, the layout, the stamping.  I was drawn in by the the stamped design peeking out from under the sentiment.   I just knew it would be a great way to use a border die.  I have so many pretty border dies and decided on this Superstar Border from Poppystamps.  I thought it would make the perfect 4th of July card decked out with all sorts of silver stars and pearls.
Ready to run with this one?  No?  Need a little more inspiration?  Hop on over to my teamies blogs and see what they made for this one!

Our special guest this month is Jacquie Southas!
