CASE STUDY #148 - Butterfly Flight

Happy Fourth of July!!!  Glad you could join me today for a peek at the new CASE STUDY Challenge!  Since it is a new month we have a brand new muse to inspire us... introducing...   Jocelyn Olson from Red Balloon Cards Blog!!  She's got some surprises in store for us this month - I  think you are going to like what you see.
So excited also to share that the guest designer this month is my friend Tracey McNeely from In My Creative Opinion!!!

Check out the inspiration photo for this week!  I love all that colorful stamping - I mean who needs pattern paper if you can stamp like this?  Really beautiful isn't it?  Gorgeous butterflies, color, and clean layout.    Just pick what you like and run with it!  I was smitten with those butterflies and wanted to get inky with some of my own.   To achieve this tie died look  I inked up my stamp in  yellow first to get it wet, and then randomly inked up areas with oranges and reds.  I like how it turned out and all the sunny color.   I wanted to try to keep it as clean as I could so the butterflies would do all the talking here.

Now it's your turn!   Need a little more inspiration?  Check out what the rest of the design team did.  There is a good mix of all sorts of styles so you are sure to see something that gets you jump started.
