WMSC #125 Camellia

Happy Saturday!  I hope everyone is enjoying a long holiday weekend - getting some great deals at the stores, spending time with family, maybe catching a football game!  I'm watching for some good deals on some of my favorite paper crafting supplies too!  That way when my husband asks "What do you want for Christmas?" I can tell him - "no worries, I already got it!"  By Sunday things should wind down a little and you can sneak off for a little crafty time!
It's time for your weekly dose of Waltzingmouse goodness!  The sketch design this week is by Mischief Maker, Jean Martin of Stampin' Scrapper blog.  Jean makes some beautiful, striking creations and this design is all her!  Lots of room to play and have fun with this one!  I love those pennant shapes in the background and that circle in the middle to show off your most favorite Waltzingmouse Stamp!  I just got my Camellias set and had to see if I could do them justice.  I stamped them in purple ink and colored them up with some Copic markers.  I fussy cut a large and small flower and layered them for some extra dimension.  Here's a few close ups......
I hope you find time to play - If you need a little inspiration there are lots of examples by the Mischief Makers to get you started!  You can click here to jump to the Waltzingmouse Sketch Challenge Blog site.   Have a great day!
