Paper Sweeties October Release Day 2 - Scarecrow

Well Happy Fall Ya'll!  Today is Day 2 of the Paper Sweeties October Release!  All the new stamps are available in the store today!   And we will be showing you more examples and previews tomorrow too!   The new releases have lots of cute outfits and sentiments just for fall.  Without giving too much away think of all the things you love about fall - the cooler weather, the harvest bounty, Thanksgiving - and Paper Sweeties has them all covered.  I thought his little scarecrow was the sweetest and had to color him up!
I stamped the scarecrow first and then masked him off.  Then I stamped the cornstalk image all around him to make him look like he is in the middle of a field.  He was quick and easy to color too!  I bent the sentiment stamp when I placed it on my block so I could cut the sentiment into a little banner for him to hold.  The bow is jute button twine, a wood button, and some natural colored twill.
I hope you will hop on over to the other DT member blogs to get a peek at the new releases.  Just click on their names below and you're there!
