Autumn Harvest

Well Hay There! Today I'm playing along at Farm Quest General Store Challenge where it's always anything farm and / or country! I live in a suburb outside of a big city but at heart I think I'm a country girl.

We have a big garden but I still love visits to the local farm stands to pick up whatever we might be missing. Too often the racoons get our corn before we do and destroy the stalks. I'll also pick up a bushel of apples and butternut squash tp share and enjoy.

The new Hay There from Waffle Flower is a die and stencil set. I cut the hay from yellow cardstock and added accents with distress ink. That new little pumpkin is this month's freebie giveaway at the store while supplies last.

I used a border die to cut a green field and bushy border. A sunburst panel cut from blue cardstock makes a blue sky. Some stacked circles become a sun, and a scatter of leaves in the wind make this AUTUMN!

I cut a strip of brown cardstock to look like the handle of a pitchfork stuck in the hay.
