Sketched Chrysanthemum

Today I'm playing along at Beautiful Blossoms Challenge where this time it's Anything Goes with an optional mood board...

This is a beautiful inspiration with lots of fall color. I love the orange and yellow with the slate and navy blues.

My card features the Sketched Chrysanthemum From Waffle Flower. It's easy to color with the coordinating stencil set or your favorite media.

I paired my floral with an Oversized Postage die cut. I added a background panel created with Lindy's Gang Magicals. I'm a little late jumping on board this trend, but now that I've tried them I am addicted!

I had to debate how I would get the postage stamps on the die / watercolor background image and finally decided to stamp on clear acrylic with Staz On black ink.

To attach the clear cover without adhesive showing was the next trick. I decided on a frame to secure it in place.
