Waffle Flower October Release Blog Hop!

I love the new Woodgrain die! For this monochromatic card I added new Dainty Ferns and Blessed Print Die.

You can get a whole different look from the Woodgrain by adding colorful Multiple Fall Leaves. The coordinating stencil allows you to color LOTS of leaves all at the same time. I did several sheets - one red, one yellows, one blues etc, so I had a whole bunch when I was done. If you look close you can see the stitched pattern when you cut them out. you can also pair the stencil with the stamp set of the same name.

If you love to stitch there are LOTS of new stitching dies. I did a few techniques to show off the versatility... the above card shows the Dotted Flowers on a Dotted Radiating Circle that I left UNSTITCHED. I added colorful paper behind the open stitch holes in the dies to add color contrast for some faux stitching.

This card featuring the Dotted Triangle Trees on the same Dotted Radiating Circle were stitched with Waffle Flower Threads.

There's a new Dotted Labels set (I used only one of the dies of the several in the set for the above card), coordinates with the Dotted Labels Christmas Stamp set. The stamped sentiments fit perfectly inside the die cut Dotted Labels.

I think this is my favorite card today.. it was created with the new Postage Collage for Fall stencil. I love the fall images - you can leave the faces off the pumpkins if you want to pass on the Halloween image. I used the Waffle Flower small stencil brushes to add all those colors!

And finally a few cards made with the Pop Up Fall Leaves Die Cut. I actually used only the coordinating stencil on the top card, and the stencil with the die cut on the card below. The little holes in the leaves didn't take well to the glitter paste, but they really steal the show with a panel of gold foil beneath it.
