Today I'm playing along with the sketch challenge at Try Stampin on Tuesday.
Instead of a rectangle "filmstrip" die I chose a heart trio die cut from Waffle Flower's Windows Trio 2 die. There are three different sets available all with different shapes.
The die cuts all three hearts from a strip of cardstock all at the same time and leaves a stitched outline pattern along the die cut windows edge.
To make this a little fancier I die cut a scallop slimline die and cut the edges off and added them behind the heart panel. The heart panel was then set over a die cut rainbow strip panel. The die cuts lots of strips all at one time so I have lots left over for other projects. I actually used all left overs on the above card. All that was left was to add some sentiment strips inside the die cut windows and oh yes! A sprinkle of shiny enamel dots.
I hope you're out finding some rainbows today too!
