Moon Bay

Sending you a little sunshine today and playing along at the Cardz 4 Galz challenge where this time they want us to get inky.
This card is created entirely of ink... I mean is anything inkier than a stencil? tt's taken me a while to get comfortable with them and they still make me talk to myself when they dont line up perfectly..maybe that's why die cuts are my favorites!

This stencil is by Waffle Flower and it's called Moon Bay. All the inks I used were original Distress.

Thes sentiment is simple, a large Outlined LOVE word die (retired), and long scrawled "sending" from Sentiment Additions 2.
One tip I can share with you if you're stenciling is to have the right suplies. I love Pixie dust for lightly adhering the stencil in place so I can be hands free. I love the cosmetic brushes in different sizes from Waffle Flower and invest in a silicone stencil mat if you can (Waffle Flower).
My last tip? Take your time. If you hurry things are going to smear. Keep extra scrap paper around to cover inky areas and keep your hands from blurring your layers. And most of all.. Have FUN!
