My Favorite Color

Oh you just know I can't resist bold colors so a "rainbow" challenge so you know I'm playing along at Inspiration Station where the challenge this time is....

RAINBOWS!

My card starts with a background of colorful rainbow Skinny Stripes. I used a sheet of double sided adhesive to stick them down neatly. The Waffle Flower Skinny Stripes die makes it easy to cut several strips at one time. This is a three die set and TWO of the dies will cut 6 stripes at a time.

I framed the assembled panel with an A2 Lacy Layers frame I created by cutting the two largest dies in the set at the same time.

The panel is topped with Outlined Clouds and an Oversized Rainbow sentiment. I didn't want to cover up all those bold stripes so I cut the rainbow background die from vellum. It's just enough contrast to draw your attention to the sentiment.

A sprinkle of white enamel dots and I'm calling this card DONE! :P

Don't forget that while we're in the rainy season there are still some rainbows to be found!
