Fusion Card Challenge

Hi friends! I hope you're having a great day! If you're looking for a new challenge you'll find another winner at Fusion Card Challenge . You'll love this challenge because there are three ways to play.. you can play along with the sketch, be inspired by the photo, or FUSE them together and play with BOTH!

I'm always drawn to the inspiration photo. This one is called Kitty Butterfly! I spy a cute long hair kitty with a butterfly on it's nose. I spy shades of orange and blue too. You can interpret the photo as you like.. perhaps your favorite cat stamp? how about some butterflies? Maybe you want to work with the colors in he design. And maybe you're not inspired by what you see in the photo.. that's ok!!! You're welcome to play along with the sketch. If you're feeling really clever you can FUSE them together.

I purchased this Tutti Designs Stained Glass Cat a while back and was thankful for an excuse to play with it. I die cut the outline from white card stock and then adhered it to a panel that I applied double sided tape to. Next I cut the die with scraps and inlayed all the pieces on the panel.

The cat panel is 3 x 4.25" ... a bit smaller than my A2 size card so I decided to adhere it to a background panel. The clean lines of the Oriental Screen coordinate nicely with the cat.

I applied foam adhesive tape to the panel with the cat so it sits higher than the background panel.
