YES! You're in the right place today! It's Christmas in July and Waffle Flower has a brand new release that you're going to love! If you're hopping along you should have reached me from Galina Filippenko's blog. If you'd like to start at the beginning and get all the details, you'll find them here at the Waffle Flower Blog.
This month, the Waffle Flower release is full of stamps, dies, and stencils for the love of Christmas! Be sure to check out each stop in today’s blog hop for fun, inspiration, and chances to win some of these new release goodies! And please SCROLL TO THE END of this post so you'll see the prizes up for grabs!
I'm sharing two cards today! The first is loaded with LOTS of new DIE CUTS! I started with a Holiday Stripes aqua background. I topped the panel with the new Mistletoe Wreath. The die set includes both of the wreaths you see on my card - the large white and smaller green cuts.Gold Mistletoe Branches are tucked under a Layered Poinsettia and Small Snowflakes are scattered around the arrangement. Enamel dots in clue add a little bling.
You'll love the new Labelmaker Holiday Sentiments. It's one great big stamp and the matching die cut trims ALL of the Sentiments in one pass through your die cut machine so you have a whole stack of sentiments for all of your projects.
My second card features the new Poinsettia Panel. I cut it from white card stock and then layered it over a piece of gold glitter paper. You can see the gold glitter peeking through the open circles.
Next I cut scraps of ombre shades of red card stock with the Poinsettia Panel so I had lots of die cut flowers to inlay in the panel openings. These flowers will also make great embellishments for tags and more! I added red gems to each of the poinsettia flower centers because Christmas always is a feast for the eyes!
That fabulous sentiment is from the new Wonderful Christmas stamp set. It includes SEVERAL mixed font sentiments and the coordinating die cuts make them easy to cut. I wrapped some gold twine around my fingers and placed the wrapped bunch on my panel. The sentiment is backed with adhesive foam tape. When the sentiment is placed over the twine the foam adhesive holds the threads in place.
Ready to see more? Your next stop is my paper crush.... JJ Bolton!!!!! But before you go.. PLEASE LEAVE A COMMENT!
