Graphic 45 Ephemera Queen

If you love the rich opulence and extreme lavishness of Marie Antoinette and fashionistas of the French Neo Classical period then Graphic 45’s Ephemera Queen is for you! It brings to mind visions of Marie Antoinette’s court and the beautiful grandeur of Versailles with over the top elegance and romantic images.

  

This collection has all of the coordinating elements you’ve come to expect from Graphic 45 including papers in 12 and 8”, chipboard, stickers, die cuts and journaling cards.

When I begin to work with a collection, I’ll punch out all the chipboard pieces, sort the die cuts and powder the backs of all the stickers with baby powder so I can sort through everything without them sticking together. Its so important to know what you have available before you start to create.

I arrange the elements on sheets of plastic the size of my card front. When I’m happy with the arrangement it’s easy to pick up the sheet and lay it over different paper pattern combinations to help me decide what pleases my eye best.

This collection also has a 12” pad of prints and solids AND Journaling Cards that are great for layering and breaking up the colorful printed papers or personalizing your projects.

Some elements are adhered flat to the card while others are adhered with adhesive foam tape to add dimension. I added pearl gem flourish stickers to my design to give them an even richer look. I cut larger gem flourishes into smaller pieces and added small curlicues and swirls.

I plan to use these as note cards to surprise the divas that make my life extraordinary and to celebrate them as the “queen of the day”.
