A Kept Life: Each Stitch is A Hug From Me

Did you know that Waffle Flower has a new weekly challenge? I'm the hostess with the mostest every third week of the month. That's this week!!!! This time I'm challengeing you to add some stitching to your design!

This is my second card for this challenge. I shared another one a few days ago - Friday - April 16- the day this challenge started. I had a little help from my sister on this one.. she did the stitching, and I assembled the different elements into a card.

The Stitchable Pinking Oval is topped with an Oval Embroidery Hoop that I cut from wood veneer. I cut the clasp of the hoop from silver foil to bring it to life.

The pretty background papers are from the Special Delivery Pad. I thought the soft floral print would be a nice touch.

A Floss Bobbin also cut from wood veneer is wrapped with extra floss and a pearl head pin is tucked inside the wrap. A Stitched Sentiment is added as a border and a real button is the finishing touch.
