The rainbow striped background was easy to achieve using a little tip! I cut the Diagonal Scallops Stripes Confetti Cut from white card stock with a piece of shipping tape attached to the back. The tape prevents the die form cutting all the way through the panel keeping it together and allows me to see where the die cut openings will be.
Using a small cosmetic brush I added distress ink to the areas that would be exposed. I splatted the panel with water before adhering a clean cut Diagonal Scallops Stripes Panel over the inky panel.
I colored the Butterfly Wreath with Copic Markers. The clean line drawn butterflies are easy to color and any markers would work well. The sentiment is trimmed into a strip and attached along the bottom of the card.
