SPD June Release Day 4 - Mermaid Kisses


It's Day 4 of the Sweet Peek Week at Sugar Pea Designs! There's still more to see that you're going to love! If you're hopping along you should have reached me from the amazing Amy Kolling's blog. The past two days were for the boys.. today it's all about the girls with the new Mermaid Kisses and Scale Cover Plate die. The set comes with three different cute mermaids. I am one of three sisters - we each have different hair color, and my mom used to dress us in different colors to keep our clothes straight.
I love the accents on each of the mermaids including earrings and hair combs. The set comes with accessories too like coral, seashells, seaweed and little fish. 
The Scale Cover Plate makes the perfect background for the mermaids. I layered mine over a distress ink panel and added lots of jewels for some sparkle and shine. The sentiment is stamped on a Stitched Flags Sugar Cut.
